Sir Spook here. I’ve now left Bluebell Barn and with a really nice guy called John and my brother Merlin.

I’ve been gone since the end of April and my mate Sasou says I’ve got to work for a living now.

I came from Scotland and was at Bluebell Barn B and B for eight months and am training to be a dog that helps blind people.

I am now training with pathfinder dogs (www.pathfinderdogs.org) and I will apparently end up with a qualification. Something about being a guiding dog for the pathfinder dog program. This is me & John my trainer on my first day.

Sasou told me he is really sad to see me go, but he was running around with a big grin on his face so I don’t believe him. I told him I would be back one day and that changed his tune!

This big boy training is hard work. Both myself and my brother Merlin are working very hard now learning all the clever things that that smarty-pants Clyde can do. It’s going to take some time, but John says we are doing very well so far.

I don’t get to see many horses or sheep in Kent unlike at Bluebell Barn, but there are lots of new things to look at and try. We seem to be doing a lot of the same things at the moment but John says that it is so I remember the basics and then I will be moving onto bigger and better things.

Better go as I’m off for another walk. It’s strange now my Mum and Dad are not with me but hey ho Sir Spook will return, they can be sure of that!
